Need 55 lbs gone?Im 16 yrs old. and im going to start my senor year in september. which mean i got dances pictures and prom and stuff. and i want to look nice. I want to lose weight for ME! i weight about 195 and im 5'2. i want to be like 140. i started working out last week. been working out everyday since then. and plan to keep that up. Im taking 7-DFB and eating great and working out do you think i can lose a lot of weight in a month? how much do you think i can possibly lose in a month?? I have a really big event coming up in a month!
