About 72 Hour Slimming Pill

Why aren't the hydroxycut green tea pill working?
I have been taking the HydroxyCut green tea pills for a few weeks now. I have not lost much weight. When I first started them I felt thinner, then I switched to normal HydroxyCut then to the 72 hour slimming pill and then back to the green tea. Lately, I have not been excercing as much as I did, but I have gained a lot of weight even with the pills. I also have had really bad breakouts. Is that a side-effect? I have also been drinking plenty of water and I eat really healthy. I am on the track/x-country team, but since its spring break I have not ran for over 2 weeks.

Are 72 hour "slimming pills" safe?
I was reading online about a product that is supposed to be a 72 hour toxin removing pill. It's supposed to help you lose up to 10-15 lbs in only 3 days. From the reviews I read, it sounds like it increases your bowel movements and helps you lose water weight. But it doesn't seem safe. Has anyone taken this pill? If it really helped me to feel better by removing the toxins then I would consider taking it. I just worry it's unsafe.
