I am 16. 5 ft 110 pounds. I feel huge. people say "oh your not fat youre tiny" blah blah blah i dont think so. my belly is the main problem. its fat. and everything else is fine. i was looking into acai berry pills because its sounds like it works really well. but im just wondering which is the best for helping to lose belly flab? I do work out everyday with this jessica smith belly, butt, & thigh blasters and i do 20 minutes of cardio in the every morning. So i obviously know i have to workout i just need an extra boost. and i know im not supposed to take diet pills but oh well im desparate. so help?
