About Alkaline Diet
Are frozen vegetables more acidic than fresh?I have just discovered the convenience of frozen veggies, the soggy texture not so good but the ease is awesome. My question is; I'm trying to have a fairly alkaline diet, by eating lots of greens like broccoli and Brussel sprouts, which are normally alkaline, but I've heard that freezing vegetables causes them to produce acid?

The alkaline diet and how it works?
So I had seen one of my past bosses and she looks great! She said she did the alkaline diet. I looked up a free chart but the site is really weird it wont let you just create an account it keeps asking you for your e-mail. So I don't really know what exactly needs to be done. I know it said 30 acid and 70 alkaline. Do you need to have the ph water for it to work fast and what exactly does it do? I have been trying to be on it the last couple days and the first day I did 1 piece of sprouted bread, 1 Bolt-house smoothie, and A big spinach salad with tomato's and olive oil and light vanilla soy milk and a glass of lemon water and another glass of lime water. Today I had a small spinach salad the same and I made vegan butternut squash soup and ate a lot of it but my old boss said you can eat a lot so I hope that didn't affect it in only one bowl of soup did I squeeze a whole lemon into it and it tasted better than the water with it in it and I also had another sprouted bread and another one of the bolt-house smoothies and unsweetened soy milk. Does it sound like I am doing it right? And do I need to buy that ph water to loose weight faster?

I heard it is for the alkaline diet but when you go to the store how do you know what brand is the best if it really is better for you? So why would it be better for you is another question?

How bad is kidney cancer?
A friend has it at 26 years of age, what my wife said to me was that because she is younger that cancer is more aggressive. Not sure what stage it is in but she is going to be on an alkaline diet because she found out that "Cancer cannot live in a highly alkaline body". Is there any truth to that, but I am not going to be the one to say she is wrong. She will try this to work, and if no results she will do some form of chemotherapy in a month from now.
