Should I start using body building substances?
last summer I was on a diet set up by my dietitian and lost very little weight and saw little progress. She said that its normal. My friend recently used a workout drug called anoretix and went on a high protein diet while he was lifting and working out and saw great results. My dietitian says that the those substances are not safe and neither is a high protein diet but he looks great.

I can't lose weight and i am considering?
I have been on a strict diet set up by my dietitian and have been working out intensely 5 days a week and in the past 2 months i have lost about 6 pounds its driving me crazy I cant go back to school like this I'd literally rather die. Does anyone have any experience of taking diet pills whilst on antidepressants?
I realise i should ask my doctor this question, but i am aware that he is likely to simply advise against taking the diet pills (as i have bought them from ebay) They are called Anoretix, and apparently work by (among other things) raising serotonin levels, which is why i'm wondering if there may be any complications with being on antidepressants. I take a low dose mood stabiliser called citalopram. I'm just wondering about other peoples' experiences, if any?
