About Appesat
Has anyone tried appetite suppressants? Do they work?I am on a pretty restrictive diet but I need to reduce my intake even further especially on carbs. The trouble is that I find myself getting hungry. I have been thinking about appetite suppressants; Do they work? Are the 'natural' ones like Appesat any good? and has anyone tried the prescription appetite suppressant Phentermine? Please comment only if you have experience with these products. I am working with a dietician and am eating a sensible, healthy and well balanced diet, I just need to cut back a little more as I need to lose more weight to prepare for a surgery. Thanks in advance. I should also add that I do exercise as much as I am able but I have a heart condition that makes it difficult for me to do very much.

What are your personal experiences with the diet pill/appetite suppressant 'Appesat'?
Decided to give Appesat a try and I'd appreciate some candid feedback from people who have some kind of personal experience with it. Finding true customer reviews online is a hopeless exercise, as so many sites are set up specifically to advertise one pill or another, and are masked in the guise of an independant review site. So, has anyone here actually tried Appesat for themselves? What were your results, if any? Did you experience any side effects? Would you use it again? Are you still using it? - these are the kind of things i'd like to know. Thanx. ^_^

how many appesat pills to take?
on the website it says do not take no more than 9 appesat a day but on the box it says take 3 a day
