About Atkins Diet

I have hit a plateau on the atkins diet, any suggestions?
I have been on the Atkins diet for over a year now and have had great success with it. I am 6' 1" and weighed 240lbs at start and I am currently at 190 lbs. I have been trying to get to around 180. I work out lifting weights, running, or playing racketball 4 days a week. My diet consists of either sausage and eggs or the atkins breakfast bar and a banana or apple in the morning, a low carb wrap, fish, or chicken (not all together) and a salad for lunch, and I usually just eat a light snack for dinner (Atkins bar or maybe a light salad or piece of fruit.) I have been doing this for about 4 months and I continue to stay the same. I am not changing in inches. I have tried about everything including getting off the diet for several days to "kick start" it and its always the same 190lbs. I am at a loss with it. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Can I lose 43 pounds in 38 days?
Today I started Atkins diet. I'm going on spring break in 38 days.. Will it be possible for me to lose that amount of weight during the induction stage of Atkins diet? I've done this diet before, and it helped me lose 30 pounds before. I have 43 more pounds to go till my goal weight.

Atkins diet Phase 1 losing weight?
I'm a 17 year old female weighing 197, I really would like to lose 50 pounds in 5 months, I'm planing on doing the Atkins diet Phase 1 for the whole 5 months. I'm just wondering if this is possible. I'm staying under the 20 carbs a day my body will be in Ketosis for the whole 5 months, should I workout? even though I'm eating so much protein I just don't want to gain weight,. need to lose FAT. maybe some cardio? I'm not sure, so please help, Thank you~

why do i feel like i just gained about 2 stone!:(?
iv been on this atkins diet for about 6 months, im eating no ore than 55 net carbs a day. i eat sugar sometimes like i would have on some days 2 or 3 weightwatchers yougurts but they only have 6 net carbs or crackers and cheese and ussually theres no problem. my tummy was flat when i woke up, all iv ate today is chicken, peaunut butter, 4 meatballs, 2 weightwatchers yougurts, hot chocolate which i ussually drink the low cal one only has 3 carbs, a tin of mushy peas with it, 4 small crackers and cheese but i would ussulayy eat this and feel the same but my belly has just bloated so much! i look about 2 stone heavier and its not going down, its been like this for a few hours:( iv also been sick the past few days with diarreah and its stopped today but i feel sick as well but why have i bloated!:( when will it go down? :/
