So if i eat fruits instead do i get all the similar goodness my body needs? Any tips will be great! Thank you very much! Sho! That was quick! thanks everyone! And by the way i am not fat at all! Even have a little six pack! And enjoy eating veg more than fruit but is just a little difficult to make every day and take to work! Thanks a mil!

Need suggestions to lose 100 lbs in around 6 months.?
I am looking into joining the Air Force soon. I currently am 6'1" and am hovering around 300...I am 18 years old. Now I dont exactly care for anyones criticism on my decision to lose the weight in that time frame....when I was 15, I weighed 300 and went on the Body For Life diet...with only changing my eating habits and doing cardio, I lost around 80 lbs in a summer. I don't currently have the funds to do this diet though, being as it being a high protien, 6 meal a day diet. Can anyone give me some suggestions? I am going to do a colon cleanser and fast for a few days to try to purge myself and shrink my stomach a bit. Some of my worst habits include eating a large amount of food late at night, a very sedentary lifestyle with little activity, and stuff that is healthy to eat, I gorge on. Thank you. I'm aware that one of the biggest problems with losing weight is keeping it off. I hope to learn some discipline in basic training, and one of the main reasons that I gained all of my weight back after I lost it was due to some depressing and life altering changes that happened. I have since then grown mentally, psychologically and emotionally and trust that I can handle myself much better than I was able to 4 years ago...

how many times should you weight lift your legs?
I recently put on 15-20 pounds, not a huge deal but I'm tired of feel chunky and plan on taking it off not at the new year but before so that I don't gain 5 more during the xmas holiday. I really believe in the body for life diet without all the supplements although every now & then they are probably helpful but the diet itself is a clean diet. My question is about weight lifting, I used to weight lift whole body 3x a week, cardio 2-3 times for 45 min to an hour. Sometimes cardio and then pilates in one day. I know I overtrained according to their work out program and probably didn't eat 1/2 of the amount of calories I needed. Body for life suggest upper body 2x a week and lower body once and cardio 3x intense for 20 minutes. My concern is the lower body. I have strong legs but I would like to see them leaner...will once a week be sufficient? Or do they mean one week do upper 2x, lower once and alternate lower 2x and upper once. That makes more sense to me. Well when I worked with a trainer, I told him heavy legs for my routine and he put them in every work out but I was paying him. He did say that I was probably overdoing it with cycling, running, boxing, pilates, weight training, etc...too much. I want to simplify my work outs so that it stays off and I'm not feel overwhelmed, something I can stick to. I will try the upper one day, lower the next and then do the cardio on off weight training days. Thanks!
