my friend who works in drs office sent me this weird email about a new diet called the cookie diet basically you eat a dozen of these cookies a day and drink water and thats how you get all of youre caleries and nutrient. the cookies have this resipe 8 sticks salted butter softened 4 cups heavy whipping cream 9 cups light brn sugar 3 cups corn syrup 4 large eggs 5 scoops cookies 'n' cream protein powder (30 grams of protein per scoop) 6 tbsp vanilla extract 1 cup baking soda 1 cup melted sweetened bakers chocolate 1/2 lemon, diced 1 cup margarine 1 cup vinegar 1 cup salt 1/4 stalk of celery 1 tbsp tuna (oil-packed) 6 cups all purpose flour ketchup to taste 2 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp club soda 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup chopped walnuts and almonds ok my friend gave me this resipe for these protein walnut-almond cookies. she said they were very healthy bc they have walnuts and almonds and they have lots of ingredient like ketchup and salt and protein so u get all u need for one day. I dont know anything about nutrition but i made up these cookies im trying to decide to eat them or not. it made like tw dozen cookies if theyre healthy ill just eat all of them and that will be my meals for the next few days i wont eat nothing else. she said that all the butter is counteracted by the protein powder and that the protein burns the butter because you get muscle instead. she said if you eat them several times a day you slim down gain muscle and lose weight. Also I am diabetic My Friend told me brown sugar was Different ( regine ,, and did not HAve real sugar like white sugar so it was fine to eat,

I need easy recipes!!!?
I'm an 18 year old female, that has never cooked anything in her life! (I burn water) I live on a peanut butter and bread and cookies diet! Anyway, I'm going to be off from college for a month during the Holidays and I want to make supper for mom, dad, and little bro. Maybe not every night, but I feel like I should do SOMETHING! HELP!!! I need some real easy recipes! I MEAN REAL EASY! THANKS! Maybe I should of put in there, I'm not much of a meat eater =( Chicken and turkey is cool, but anything else is blah for me!
