Dietrine/carb blockers - do they work?Hi, I generally eat pretty healthily (no junk food, no fatty food, not much sweet stuff save the odd chocolate bar) but have come to the realisation that my main problem is a high carb intake. The problem is that it is quite difficult for me to change that - I travel a lot with my job and frequently have to grab lunch on the go, which generally means a sandwich. Also, again because of my job, there is often a big gap between my meals, which means that I tend to eat something that will fill me up and not leave me hungry after a couple of hours - again, this usually means something high-carb. Given the difficulties I would have in actually lowering my carb intake due to my lifestyle, I've been wondering about carb blockers, and in particular Dietrine. If anyone has any opinions on the product I would really love to hear them - there are reviews online but I can't work out if many of them are genuine or affiliated with Dietrine in some way.
