Can you take more than one brand of diet pills at the same time?
*. such as Lipovox and Ephedrasil Hardcore etcc. and take multivitamins at the same time. ..and also going on a fast.. would that kill you. whilst adding exercise. or basically, whats the most extreme you could try without dropping dead. please don't answer if all you're going to post is 'don't use diet pills'. thank you. hey am 16 and i have been bullied really bad and because i was unhappy i put on loads of weight and now i am over weight and unhappy, i am on dieting pills called Ephedrasil hardcore and dont really know alot about them but they dont seem to we working yet, i am eating healthy but find it hard because i find comfort in food, i hate being unhappy.Can anyone give me advise on what to eat, i heard about a lady who lost loads just by eating a jacket potato and beans for dinner and tea for mouths and lost a good few pounds is that healthy??
