What is a fast result diet - I need to lose a stone?
I have recently been on an all inclusive holiday & as embarrassing & shocking as this is - I managed to gain 1 stone (14lbs) in 2 weeks. I usually have a healthy balanced diet & manage to maintain a normal weight however I totally induldged in greasy foods and cakes. I know if I go back to my usual eating habbits the weight will eventually come off but its so depressing right now - none of my clothes fit & I feel like everyones staring. I work & I am also a care provider so I never find time to excersie this literally has to boil down to my food intake. I am fully aware that fad diets are not the answer and are only for short term results but that's all I'm looking for at the moment to get me back on track. I'm not looking to be thin - I like my naturally curvy figure but I really don't like the appearance of this extra 1 stone. I've gone from acceptably curvy to repulsively fat. Please help!! Xx
