Hi, I really need to lose weight. I work nights and have no time to do anything else. I am currently 280 lbs and just really want lose my gut. I can make it to the gym a few times in the morning when I have a later shift. I tried OxyElite Pro but I felt no difference. So what do you suggest, Hydroxycut, LipoZine, etc.? Thanks

parents wont let me use diet pills?
im 18 and love working out. i have about 16% body fat and its all in my stomach region. i dont look fat but i want my abs to be more visible. my stomach isnt that bad but it sticks out alot for some reason. i have a very big appitite and that a problem. ive had this fat for aslong as i can remember. i run 3 days a week. and not have varsity baseball practices everyday. my mom bought a fat burner diet supplement called HCG or something and its just drops you put in your tongue. My mom said shes not gonna use it so its just sitting there not being used. when i asked if i could have it my parents got really mad and said no. They also wont let me buy other products like hydroxycut hard core or xenedrine with my own money. how can i convince them?
