Feingold diet, has anyone had any experience/opinions?
My oldest son was diagnosed ADD. I don't really feel comfortable putting him on medication, at this time. A family friend suggested the Feingold diet and I was wondering if anyone has heard of it or used it themselves. Thanks

need help with a diet for hyperactive child?
I have a 3 year old who is extremely hyperactive and fits alot of the symptoms for adhd or maybe she's just highly spirited. She's not been diagnosed professionally, I have a doctors apt scheduled but can't get in for awhile. I am trying to get her on a diet to find out what triggers it. (mostly the rage and outbursts) I have read about the feingold diet and a few others. She also has a few other things that I think might be food allergy related, frequent infections, eczema etc, Can anyone help get me started?

Has anyone tried the Feingold Diet?
I have a 4yr old son who apparently has ADHD, I know that meds work and I'm not against trying them. I also want to try this diet called the Feingold Diet. Has anyone tried this? Does this work to lessen the symptoms so that he needs less, or no meds?

how do I loose the extra belly fat I have?
I am in high school and I play soccer and baseball. When it come to core work I have never complained. I also go above and beyond my sport workouts and do some at home or at the local recreation center. Ive been persistently working on getting more defined ab muscles. No matter how much work I put in I am not getting results. Now knowing the outcome is not all labor. I went on the diet know as the Feingold diet. A diet for mainly allergy's but it also cuts out all processed foods so it was a win win situation. I still cannot get results, any ideas?
