About Fit For Life Diet
A good diet pill to use alongside diet and exercise?I've been dieting and exercising for about a week. I think a diet pill might help give an extra boost, does anyone have any recommendations? Right now I'm doing the Fit for Life diet and doing 20-25 minutes of cardio a day (I'll increase the amount of exercise later, but right now just doing this is making me sore beyond reason.)

What happens if you eat only carbs?
What happens if you eat only carbs, and NO protein? I'm not talking health-wise, I'm talking weight-wise. The Fit For Life diet program says you can eat tons of carbs, and have no protein, and STILL lose weight. This book is a TOP seller, and has been for about 25 years. Is this true? I know that sugars are carbs, and that they digest fast. So, if I eat JUST sugary foods all day long, will I lose weight? P.S. I don't care if it's healthy or not, so don't tell me about health. I just want to know if I'll lose weight. P.S.S. The book says that mixing carbs and proteins together is really bad because it takes them WAY longer to digest. So, if you eat either or, they will digest a LOT faster, and it will cause you to lose weight. Awesome, huh? P.S.S.S. I also read an article of a woman that did it, and she lost a lot of weight, and she still does it alongside with her husband, because it helps keep their weight under control. P.S.S.S.S. If you give me any answers concerning that this is bad because of health, then I'm just going to give you a down arrow. So, there's really no point in telling me. P.S.S.S.S.S. I'm really just looking for a "yes" or "no" answer, and why. P.S.S.S.S.S.S. I would love to hear from people that have tried this. That's all I have to say :) Thanks for the answers in advance!

Is the fit For Life diet good?
I am 5'6 and 128 pounds and I want to get to around 115 in month to a month in a half but don't want to waste my time on a diet that doesn't work if you could tell me if this is a good diet or not that would be great thanks!

question about the fit for life diet?
Is it okay to have more than one of the SAME kind of concentrated food. For example, if you ate two pieces of chicken with some vegetables on the side in one sitting. Would that be considered one concentrated food for that meal?
