About Food Combining Diet

Just started proper food combining diet: I just had meat but I'm still so hungry!?
I just started trying to follow the proper food combining rules, and today I followed them almost perfectly. The only "mistake" I made was eating a small amount of tuna right after half of an apple. I was in a hurry this morning and so that was my breakfast. I was starving all day until I finally could come home and eat a real meal. I'm still very hungry after just having a salad, some cooked kale and then chicken. Is there anything I can eat after just having meat? I want to follow this diet, but I'm finding myself feeling trapped with all the regulations. Oh and I'm not following this diet to lose weight haha. Not by far! I weigh below what I should for my size. I'm just trying to eat better to get healthy. **JUST TO CLEAR THIS UP SINCE I APPARENTLY DIDN'T MAKE MY POINT** I am SKINNY. 105 lbs to be exact. I DO NOT need to lose weight. I just want to know what I can eat after just eating meat, that won't be subject to fermenting/putrefying/messing up my digestion if I eat it! THAT IS ALL.

What can you use in place of breadcrumbs to make meatballs?
I am presently on a food combining diet where you can't have starch and protein in the same meal. It works really well for digestion and I'm enjoying the healthy eating. I'm trying to avoid processed foods as well. I love meatballs but can't figure out what to use to bind them if I can't add breadcrumbs (starch) to the ground beef (protein) Does anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried the food combining diet?
My Mom is on it & keeps telling me that it eliminates acid buildup in the body. Now...Im thinking too much acid = death. And also you can't have croutons in a chicken Cesar salad but you can have a chicken sandwich with lettuce...isn't that basically the same thing? Am I missing something with this diet or is it really a bunch of crap?
