About Food Combining
Just started proper food combining diet: I just had meat but I'm still so hungry!?I just started trying to follow the proper food combining rules, and today I followed them almost perfectly. The only "mistake" I made was eating a small amount of tuna right after half of an apple. I was in a hurry this morning and so that was my breakfast. I was starving all day until I finally could come home and eat a real meal. I'm still very hungry after just having a salad, some cooked kale and then chicken. Is there anything I can eat after just having meat? I want to follow this diet, but I'm finding myself feeling trapped with all the regulations. Oh and I'm not following this diet to lose weight haha. Not by far! I weigh below what I should for my size. I'm just trying to eat better to get healthy. **JUST TO CLEAR THIS UP SINCE I APPARENTLY DIDN'T MAKE MY POINT** I am SKINNY. 105 lbs to be exact. I DO NOT need to lose weight. I just want to know what I can eat after just eating meat, that won't be subject to fermenting/putrefying/messing up my digestion if I eat it! THAT IS ALL.

When food combining to get complete proteins, do the two foods need to be eaten at the same time?
I don't understand the digestive process enough to know whether it works to eat one food as a meal and the other as a snack a few hours later or at the next meal. If you have an academic source, please include the link! Thanks.

Would you eat them together? Or have you tried or attempted? Noodles and pizza. Sounds disgusting together I probably wouldn't EVER eat it together.
