About Genotype Diet

Which Diet is better The Zone Diet, The Genotype Diet, or the Blood Type Diet?
I have tried ACAI, Grapefruit, and Green Tea supplements and none of it worked for me. So please do not recommend or try to sell any supplements to me because I know that supplements and pills do not work. I was wondering if the Zone Diet, The Genotype Diet, or The Blood Type diet has been successful for anyone? Which one is the best?

Has anyone tried the genotype diet?
Just found out about this new diet. http://www.GenoTypeDiet.com According to this diet, I have to avoid eating Kangaroo, Boar, Opossum, Pork, Crab, Grouper, Cashews, Hazelnuts, Lentils, Pistachios, Oats, Avocado, Brussels sprout, Cauliflower, Eggplant, Leek, Mushrooms, Spinach, Tomato, Apple, Oranges, Milk, Soy, Yogurt, Wine, Ketchup and a whole lot of other normal foods. You have to measure your head shape, your torso and limb lengths, your finger, your wrist, your finger prints, your blood type, your taste buds and your secretions.

Fast Heart Beat...?
I seem to be very sensetive to alcohol and caffeine. The past two days i had one glass of wine (2 days ago) and 1 tall glass of pretty dark beer last night. I also ate out at dinner. I have been slowly losing some weight (have about 15 lbs to lose to be at very good weight for my height). I awoke this morning feeling thirsty (dehydrated), and had a thumping heart beat. I didnt get over 6 hours of sleep the past two nights, and did have the beer last night. today my heart beat is still pretty rapid- i took my pulse and its 88-90 bpm. Just wondering WHY and how can i get this to stop. Maybe i just need a good night sleep? Maybe my body is out of balance since im on a diet? (healthy diet, that allows me to lose weight slowly called Genotype diet). Thanks for any info!! ps- i have had highish blood pressure on and off, anxiety, white coat syndrome and heart palps on and off for years now, im 27. also, my husband is allergic to beer, i am wondering if im allergic to certain alcohol? I am eating well. Whole grains, fruits, balanced meals really. Ive eliminated a few things namely things that might be allergens for me. So, maybe i had a bad reaction to food last night, plus the alcohol plus not sleeping = overall not feeling well and fast hb.

Best way to loose weight?
I have always had some problems w/ my weight, then i did low carb and lost a lot of weight. I was 120lbs when i got married 3 years ago, and after gained back quickly. :( I seem to only lose a few lbs and its a struggle. i am a yo-yo dieter... and really need some guidance. I tend to do better on low carb, and am considering the Genotype diet. But, i have a weakness for sweets !! Help.
