Trying to lose weight?
I am an 18 year old college freshman. I am 5'5 and weigh 172. I have gained a lot of weight since the fall and I need to get back on track and then some. yesterday I started writing down everything I eat and the calorie content. Yesterday I only ate 1190 calories and today I ate 1160. I have cut out juice/soda and just drink water. I also take vitamins and a hoodia supplement everyday. for the past two days I have never felt like I was starving, but I know I am definitely eating less than I used to (I think the water is making me feel less hungry). I work out a little everyday whether that be exercising in my room or walking up all the hills/stairs as opposed to the elevator (I go to West Virginia University...the entire campus is an uphill walk) I guess my question is, am I going to lose weight this way? Does this seem like a good idea? Thanks!
