About Juice Fast Diet
Is this diet healthy?I want to lose weight like really bad and so far I've only tried a vegetarian diet(which made me extremely sick) but I'm thinking about trying the juice fasting diet is it healthy? And is it like literally fasting for 30 days drinking nothing but juice?
