About Juice Fast Diet
What is bad about this diet?OK, well basically my friend is going on a school trip with school soon. She is visiting Rome and she is set on having a slim figure. But to be quite honest she has a gorgeous figure!! She is tall, curvy with big boobs. I can't see her problem. Basically, she is going to go on the juice fasting diet. This consists of only drinking juice and no food (Perhaps nuts). I do NOT think this is a good idea! Could you please give me some idea's that I could use to persuade her to not follow through with this diet?? Thank you SO much!! <3 xxx

im 13 well iv really lost hope for myself becos i have become overweight. and every time i try to do exersices to burn fat i end up getting hurt cos i do things with a big body. sumone suddgested that i diet but when i researched on it i had to do exercise with those deits as well. and i couldnt do that cos i get trierd easily especially when im not eating normal. i came across sumthing ccalled juice fasting and iv realised its the only way which i can contain myself. but i dont now whether its suitable for me. i mean can it be harmful to me? or am i just to young to try it out a bit? other questions i would lyk to ask are does this juice fasting have any side effects after youv finished. lyk will i gain more weight after i stop?
