About Junk Food Diet
What should I do about my family not listening to my opinion about how to raise my baby nephew?My sister's baby is 1 year old. My sister lives with my parents, her husband is overseas. I'm 22 years old, i'm married and have my own place, no kids. I see them doing a lot of traditional wrong things that are not based on facts. For example, they always stick their finger in his mouth to feel his growing teeth, let him have ice cream that's loaded with sugar, etc. they're not careful with him. he was in the ER last month because of a seizure that came from a fever that came from an ear infection. this could very well be from neglect. It's gotten to the point where I avoid going to my parents house because it makes me sick to see it and no one listens. like i just told dad don't give him ice cream, it will encourage him to have a junk food diet and also teach him that crying will let him get what he wants. my dad gets the ice cream and feeds him in front of me. really?! Please let me know what you think. i value your opinion, you don't have to agree :) thank you.

Can I get some Vegetarian/Vegan help?
Okay, I'm on a no meat, cheese, sugar, and junk food diet. So I've been eating a lot of fruit, veggies, fiber, etc. But I'm running (literally running) into a serious problem. My poop is coming out like toothpaste. xD. But seriously. I've never had this problem, not even with junk food. It's not diarrhea because it's not watery, it's just super super soft. I'm thinking it's just too much fiber. But if it is, I don't know how to balance it out. Or maybe this is just normal for my diet. I don't know. Please help me out. I feel so weird asking this question. xD
