Is non-dairy coffee creamer permissible the day prior to colonoscopy?
Forgot to ask nurse if non-dairy creamer is permissible during the "day-before" clear-liquid diet. Kindly note "non-dairy." Oh, please tell me it's okay. Without my beloved flavored coffee creamer, this is going to be truly intolerable.

what do i do now i've ate so much at breakfast?
I had to go on a liquid diet yesterday because of my stomach and i just craved and craved and craavvvved! So this morning I ate: 2 bowls of wheatabix cereal with yogurt a bowl of cheerios massive bag of cheesy tortilla chips a whole packet of biscuits! I don't wanna put weight on from today! What do i do now?!? Atleast i've learnt i shall never deny myself food again - i can't!

STARVING/LIQUID DIET?!?! HELP!!?
i am 14 yrs old 5'2" and weigh 130 pounds. I am thinking of going on a starving liquid diet. Here's my plan: eating a good breakfast then starving for as long as I can and drinking water along the way. What do you think? How much weight will i lose in a week and a half or two weeks? thanks
