About Master Cleanse Diet
Need to loose 20lbs in 2-3 weeks for Armybut keep muscle?! ?Hi, I am currently seeking enlistment in the US Army, and the only thing barring me is 20lbs. so, I found the "Master cleanse diet", guarenteed to get 20lbs off in as little as 10 days. The problem is that the program deprives you of calories, which forces the body to use what it has for energy. Meaning that my body will detiurate more muscle then fat. My question is; Can I introduce protein into the mix & maybe some veggies for good measure, but still get the 20lbs off? I think it would be simple enough to do, especialy because beyonce did the exact same thing ysing the diet with some fish and veggies. She reportedly lost 20lbs in two weeks, which is exactly what I need. I just don't want to do more harm than good, ya know? I want to do the Master cleanse diet to cleanse my body. I also just got the oxy elite diet pills. I eat healthy and maintain regular exercise but it is mostly just cardio and running a few miles a day. I want to start incorporating weights. However, my question is if I can start my 10 day cleanse and use he oxy elite pills or will that be too extreme or not be of any use?

do you have to do the salt water flush to get results for the master cleanse diet?
im doing the master cleanse diet for two weeks, hoping to lose 15-20 pounds! im not over weight or anything, i just need to fit into my prom dress! does this diet work as efficently on non overweight people? and also in order to get results, do i need to do the salt water flush? or can i just drink the 6-12 glasses of lemonade each day and still lose weight? thanks!
