What To Expect........?
I normally eat junk food and drink soda all day. Tomorrow, I am going to switch to a healthy natural foods diet with no junk food or soda. I am going to do it cold turkey. Is there anything else I should expect to deal with besides the intense headaches, I already know about those.

Has anyone ever developed diabetes from eating too much fruit?
I remembered myself a few years back living two weeks on a fruit, vegetable, nut, and water only diet. However, I ate mostly fruits, one cup of nuts per day and everything was in it's natural uncooked form. During those two weeks, I lost five pounds and I felt much more energetic and lively as opposed to when I was eating my regular meals. It was much easier for my stool to pass, and it kept me full for a longer time also. When I resumed eating my regular meals which were cooked, my waistline managed to grow back, and my body also felt more tired and less lively just like before I started this natural food diet. I am interested in doing this again for a longer period of time, but now I am afraid that it may cause diabetes as I read somewhere that fruit can increase cholesterol, body fat and blood sugar which leads to type II diabetes. Does eating fruit without anything else other than these natural foods make a difference? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-1256509/Eating-fruit-make-fat.html

Is there any treatment for demodectic mange that is not prescription only ?
Pup is 17 weeks and had a less than perfect first 10 weeks of life. She is fed mainy on a natural food diet, is healthy in every other respect. Other dog in the family also seems to have the same symptoms, although we wont know until she has been to their vets. MY pup has been to the vet, as I stated, another dog in the family hasnt as yet. The pup has no hair loss, red patches or any other symptoms except itching and a very small scabby area on the tips of her ears. Thank you for commenting on the fact that some people on here assume you are not a fully responsible owner and do the best for your pets, but if that's what makes them happy... Thank you to the more rational contributers for the advice and info sharing, good to get others opinions and experience.

All Natural Food Diet?
I want to start an all natural food diet, but keep getting caught in spots where there isn't any natural, preservative free etc. food available. So how would one go about in those situations? Also, what are some of your natural food choices you eat through the day? Are those "Naked" drinks all natural? Sorry for all the questions, but I believe this questions can't be delayed any more. Thanks and max points for best answer.
