Does a negative calorie diet work?, if so, how much weight will you lose and in how much time. Also if you have any other diet plans, I am tying to lose 30 pound really fast because I want to be 120. So any diet plans, no matter how hard they might be, but they have to make me lose weight really fast. Also please don't say I will just gain the weight back, because I do not gain weight back that easily, like most people. I am 5 foot 6ish, 14, and 150 pounds.(:

Does a negative calorie diet work?
I've heard all about Lizzie Miller's diet book, "How to be anorexic" It doesn't teach you how to be anorexic (it's just a fancy name) But the concept of this diet is to eat negative calorie foods, such as oranges, celery, apples, and much more. But I just wanted to know if it really works, before I'm disappointed with the results.

Has anyone tried the negative calorie diet?
I've always had trouble losing weight. I would do well for a few weeks but jump back into making poor food choices and it's been difficult finding time to workout. I briefly heard about food that have "negative" calories. There are certain fruits and vegetables that count as negative calorie foods, but does it work? I have increased my fruit and vegetable intake for the past few days, but I'm scared to make the majority of my diet with negative calorie foods. For those who have tried it, was there any discomfort? Stomach aches? Did you lose weight quickly?
