affordable appetite suppressants that work for over-eating?
Although I do not agree that slimming aids are not the complete answer to weight-loss, some people do need more help than just eating sensibly, drinking more water or exercising tons, so would be grateful for respectful answers about weight-loss from those who have struggled with their weight and what really worked for them other than healthy eating and exercise. I have tried Acai berry/Hoodia pure but they really had no effect on me at all. Expensive ones that are clinically proven to work but are outside of my typical budget are listed below and they cost anything from £20 upwards for 30 or 60 pills. Proactol Liporexall Phenphedrine DecaSlim Simply Slim Slim Bomb T5 Now Slim Lipo These ones above can be as expensive as £60, yet many are at least between £20 - £40, so not great if you are on a budget. I have also tried several less expensive ones from local supermarkets and chemists but they also did nothing. I am positive that there are affordable ones that do work well and do not cost a packet each time, so would like to hear about these if people have tried them? I am old enough and wise enough to know that there are no 'magic pills' to control weight as do drink plenty of water as well as eat vegetables and exercise, but I am also very human and do eat the wrong things in the week and often eat when I am just hungry - I am self-aware of when I eat for emotional comfort so this question is really about whether people have tried inexpensive appetite suppressants that have worked for them and what would be the most recommended? I am roughly five stone overweight but carry it so well because of how proportional my body mass is and am a perfect hour glass shape. However, I still dislike being so much overweight and find it very difficult getting out due to my agoraphobia and GP's are reluctant to prescribe anything until you have lost weight in the first place, so is a viscous cycle for many people. I would be really grateful to hear from people who have tried several products but which one has worked for them but didn't cost them too much money?

Is Proactol reliable and does it provide lasting effects?
I am thinking about purchasing a one month supply of Proactol to lose weight, as I have about 30 pounds to lose. The only thing that is stopping me is my fear of whether or not once I reach my goal and I stop taking the pills, all the weight will be gained back rapidly. I don't have awful eating habits but I do tend to snack and of course, all the little snacks here and there throughout the day definitely add up which is why I have a weight problem in the first place. I know the pill curbs your appetite so you eventually get used to eating less through the process of taking proactol. So, my general question is directed to people who have tried it or know people who have tried it: is it reliable? does the weight generally stay off afterwards?
