Is this a good daily meal plan for weight loss?I do MMA, cardio and weight training, and I just want to make sure that i'm eating the right foods at the right times to lose weight and gain lean muscle definition along with my training. My calorie intake should be around 2200 calories per day. This is my typical monday meal and training schedule... 07.30: Bowl of Shreddies and a Banana 09.00 - 09.45: WORKOUT - CARDIO 10:30: Promax Diet Bar 13.30: Grilled Chicken Pita Bread with Salad 16.30: Promax Diet Shake with Oats 17.30 - 19.30 WORKOUT: MMA 19.30: Recovery Shake 20.30: Steak and onion with broccoli and brown rice. 23.00: BED Is this a good regime to go by? BONUS QUESTION: If i am on a 2200 calorie per day diet... how may eggs should i be using in a scramble or an omlette? And how many yolks? Thanks all Pita Bread is meant to be better for you than normal bread is. I've also been told that Wholemeal bread and occasional small amounts of white bread are supposed to be good?

How much protein should I have in my diet?
I am female, 23years old and I weigh 56-58kg around 128lbs. I go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week and do half aerobic and weigh training in each session. I have been using the maximuscle promax diet shakes,promax shakes and the promax diet bars and crisp bars (not all on the same day). I want to tone up and lose bodyfat ( body fat % is around 23%). How much protein should I take? can I take too much?
