About Scarsdale Diet
How much weight can I lose? Please help? :)?Hey I'm 5'7 and around 163lbs. Has anybody tried the Scarsdale Diet?
I am thinking about going on the Scarsdale Diet and I'd be interested to find out if it really works. Apparently it's been a long standing diet with oodles of results (they all say that don't they?) etc. I searched around and mostly it was a bunch of information on it and I ran across this lady's testimonial http://www.scarsdale-diet-plan.com and I was sort of impressed. By an large all diets make claims, but I'm wondering if anybody else who is on here at YA knows anything about it or has tried it? Thanks

How can I get the gap between my thighs like models?
Lol so I'm 13 :) female of course ! I'm 130 pounds at 5"5 I look like I'm 110 soo yea Im musculsr I work out everyday (cardio.... Toning) I'm gonna start the Scarsdale diet so I'm gonna lose about 20 pounds my highs currently don't touch :) they're about 18-20 inches at the tickest point I want m thighs to have a gap any exercises ?? Plz no mean comments or stupid anwsers like idk" oh and I want the results in less than 2 months thnx

I'm fourteen 5 foot 7 and 156 pounds (Girl) Am i fat?
I'm a girl who is fourteen and am 5 foot 7, which is great except i'm an apple body shape and carry all my weight in my stomach! I'm 156 pounds (This is a normal BMI) but i feel overweight and gross sitting next to my thin and feminine friends. I do have a problem with overeating, but i am on the scarsdale diet right now, which is very restricting, and i've already lost one pound on it! (YAY) I am wanting to lose 30 pounds by the start of highschool, but i'm need a good workout routine, something that will make me workout in the morning and afternoon, and i want some advice on that.... Thank you all, and please no haters!!!
