About Sibutramine
Is there any alternative for Sibutramine (Diet Pill - Appetite Suppresent)?Dear Sir/Madam I am struggling with overweight since many years, I have tried and still doing regular physical exercises. But my problem is not being able to control my appetite, I have followed some of the tips like taking water and vegetables and fruits, which did not helped me in any way. Until two years back I took Sibutramine pills on recommendation of our Physician Doctor, and they worked very well for me, without any side effects, I have managed my weight. But all of a sudden those pills were banned here in India. Since then, again I lost control over my appetite and my weight started gaining. Age: 27 Height: 175 Cms (5.8") Weight: 95 Kgs (209 Lbs) Please suggest me some pills to control my appetite and reduce weight. Somebody please help me. (I request, please dont say, try for natural diet and bla bla bla..., I am already sick on trying them all) (I believe, for me Pills are the only way) Someone please help me I am waiting for your invaluable information and suggestions. Can I take sibutramine and a fat burner at the aame time?
I know sibutramine is no longer being sold bit I still have a few pills and I would like to know if it is safe to take them while I takr a bat furner (D4, hydroxycut, back widow etc), because hydroxycut alone with diet and excercise hasn't been working too much.

How can I test for the presence of Sibutramine Hydrochloride Monohydrate?
There's this brand of sibutramine pills which I highly doubt really contains 15 mg of sibutramine hydrochloride monohydrate, like what it says on the label. Plus, there is very little information written on the box and on the bottle. I opened one capsule and inside is a white crystalline powder which tastes bitter. How can I test what substance is present and how much? What does sibutramine powder taste like? Oh and btw, the brand name is Sibuslim from Munster Lab, Switzerland. I checked their website and there's no info about sibuslim there and the site looks pretty bogus and amateur. Here, check this out http://www.munsterlab.com/ And another thing, their packaging looks so simple, cheap, and not nearly perfectly done that it can be easily imitated or might really be an imitation. Reductil 10 mg works way better and it's only 10 mg. Sibuslim 15 mg doesn't do a thing! This concerns me a lot because I am worried how there are tons of generic medicines out there that might not even be authentic or approved by the government or checked for composition and yet they still make it on the market. I mean, this isn't just some product, it's MEDICINE used for HEALTH! Such counterfeit medicines have misleading labels and are not even what they claim to be!

Chemists! What key words should I search for, to help with my research question?
I'm doing my research on sibutramine (antiobesity drug) and I need to find out which part of its structure is involved in its function in inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin, norepinephrine etc but I'm having a hard time trying to find the answer. I don't know what key words to search for. In the books that I've looked it up they all say that it inhibits the reuptake of serotonin & norepinephrine and that's all the detail they go into. I need to find out the chemistry behind it..

Am I going to be okay?
With sibutramine (SP) (SuperSlim).. before I read the warnings about the deaths related to it. I have had heart problems so 1. Will I be okay? I'm not taking any more. 2. My mom has high blood pressure but since she bought like 10 boxes will definitely take them until they are gone. Will she be okay? I convinced her to not buy anymore after this. Now I'm getting paranoid like as if my heart is beating faster.
