Weight Lose Help needed!?alright, so im leaving to go to Miami in June, the 12th to be exact. so ive been dieting, exercising, the whole thing.. I still have belly fat and sadly moobs. ive been trying so hard to loose at least 20 extra pounds, i lost 20 pounds in just two weeks, so im not sure why i cant loose this extra weight?? if you could help me please post what i should do.. im doing the Slimfast Diet, and i think that it works great! but i still need to loose an extra 20 pounds. please reply back soon, for time is ticking!

I started a slimfast diet yesterday and lost 2 lbs in 24 hours! Is this normal?
I dont know if this is safe and dont want the weight to go back on after I have finished my diet. I am having a normal dinner everyday with a pudding and 2 slimfast shakes and managed to lose 2 lbs on the first day.
