Help with losing weight please!?First of all i'm a girl, i'm 17 in a couple of weeks and I am obese (I weigh 17 and a half stone). Bad, I know. I've been big ever since I started secondary school, and I've tried everything. I've tried weight watchers, slimming world, I've been to the gym, I've tried liquid diets, soup diets etc. but nothing works. I think my main problem is my portion sizes, because I eat fruit and veggies and everything. I can cut down my portions but then I'll just get hungry so i'm more likely to snack on fatty foods. Just recently though i've been trying to swap a few different things like ordinary crisps for Snack a jacks, and chocolate bars for weight watchers own (lower in calories/fat etc), and also i've been having more veggies in my meals. My scales at home said I had lost 7 pounds since I last weighed myself (about 2 weeks ago) although I think they might be wrong. I have noticed my shins feel a little more boney, and my neck isn't as much like Chin City as it used to be lol, do you think this is cause of the food i've swapped? does anyone have any ideas or anything that they can tell me? how to keep my portion sizes down? what gentle excersizes can I do? and also how do you shrink your stomach (so you don't need as much food to feel full)? Any answers will be extremely appreciated! :) x

what is the youngest you can be to join weight watchers or slimming world?
Im seventeen and need to lose some weight. ive always been a bigger size and was wondering whether i could join one of them? i haven't chosen between the to so could you tell me the youngest you can be for both slimming world and weight watchers please thanks :)

could i have Diabetes Insipidus?
so i have hardly drunk anything and i am weeing a lot, the wee is really pale and light. i have just started a new diet (slimming world) and i have also begun taking probiotic yogurts due to being on antibiotics for a while due to a troublesome tooth. could this be a condition called Diabetes Insipidus or could the less extreme be that it is to do with my new diet and the probiotic. i am 20 years old 280 lbs and not very fit

I want to lose weight a healthy way - any help?
I am 5'4 and 19 years old. I weigh 10 st currently and have lost 7lb in 3 weeks but now i'm stuck. I'm following Slimming world but now my BMI is in the healthy range, i don't think it will work as the diet seems like its more for people with more to lose.. I exercise a lot and mainly eat salads and veg and fish (i don't eat meat) and snack on fat free yoghurt, fruit like grapes and blueberries and a couple sherbet lemons to curb my sugar cravings. My goal weight is 8 st 14 WHAT AM I DOING WRONG??? Help if anyone can? I have a personal trainer and exercise looooads and am on Slimming world currently

Exercise & slimming world Diet combined?
I have been on the slimming world diet since January 2012. I have been going up and down each week, 1lb on 1lb off etc. I decided I needed to join the gym alongside dieting. I have been to the gym for 2 weeks running now and both weeks have stayed the same on the scales. If anything I have eaten less and drank lots more water (don't really drink water). I followed the diet correctly, if anything eating less than normal. I did have Syns but saved them up for the treats. I seriously haven't over done it. Both weeks I did 5-6 aerobic classes. Body Step, Body Condition, Body Pump, Legs, Bums & Tums, Moan, Groan & Tone and R.P.M. The classes are all 1 hour accept the R.P.M which is 45 minutes. Why have I not lost weight and stayed the same for 2 weeks??? Are Muscle & Fat the same weight? Thanks in advance, G
