About Very Low Calorie Diet

What are the risks of eating a very low calorie diet?
I'm female and i eat between 300 and 500 calories a day (not to loose weight, i just dont have time to eat). my day usually consists of: no breakfast, 2 fiber cookies for lunch and fruit for dinner (an apple/grapefruit and a banana ) are there any health risks of eating this way? does this affect muscle? (will i loose muscle, or not be able to gain muscle?) Can anyone tell me some more examples of health risks? or a good website? Its annoying when people get rude on the internet. I want answers not drama. I'm sorry i offended you with my typo on the word "lose" I don't have time to eat. if i did, i would eat more. i'm trying my best to eat as healthy as possible by taking vitamins, oils, fiber, vegetables and fruit everyday. How long is it safe to diet on a "Very Low Calorie Diet"?
I read that sometimes physicians will put their patients on a VLCD, restricting them to 800-1,500 calories. If I remember correctly it can be practiced for up to 12 weeks and then you ease out of it with your new diet / exercise plan. (It's usually recommended for obese / overweight people.) Has anyone tried this?

Okay, so. Im 13, 5'1, and 190. I'm very unhappy with my weight so i was researching and came across VLCD's. ( very low calorie diet) These are diets for obese people where you consume less than 800 calories a day. I know that isnt safe so I made a meal plan with an average of 855 calories. Is it safe to eat that many calories and than eat 150 calories of fruit or vegetables so i average out to 1000 calories a day? If this isnt safe could you please tell me how to lose 30-40lbs in 3 months?

Not losing weight: running 12 miles/day and eating 1200 kcal!? Help!?
I've been trying to rapidly cut weight for a martial arts competition by burning ~1000 kcal on the elliptical (running 2 hrs a day) while eating a very low calorie diet low in carbs ~1200 kcal for several days now, and every morning I weigh myself on 2 scales and find that I weigh the exact same! I weigh 115, am 5'2, also exercise at taekwondo 6hrs a week, and according to the numbers should be losing 4 pounds a week!

Questions about Starvation Mode?
People say starvation mode is when you're body starts to burn off muscles rather then fat, your metabolism drops dramatically, and you barely have any energy to do anything at all. I have been doing a VLCD for about a week now, (very low calorie diet) about 800-1,000 calories a day (3 seperate healthy meals + light workouts every day) i'm a bit overweight and not a single day have I felt like I dont have the energy to do things, I feel completely normal. But is my body in starvation mode?
