About Weight Watchers Diet
I only lost 2lbs in a week?I've been on a hardcore diet and exercise regime for the past week. I've been to the gym 4 times this week and done cardio for 45 minutes to an hour everyday, and I've been eating healthy meals and drinking plenty of water, I've completely cut out the crap, I've not had any sweets or fatty food at all and if I have a snack before dinner it'll be fruit. But I weighed myself this morning before eating anything and after going to the toilet like I did last week, and I don't know if my scales are broken or what, but it says I've only lost 2lbs! I've done the weight watchers diet in the past and on the first week I've lost at least 5lbs, and on that diet I was eating some bad food and not doing any exercise at all, but now I'm doing this hardcore diet and exercise it seems I've lost less than I have in the past! Also, what's confusing me even more is that my school trousers which I wear everyday are getting really baggy and it feels like I have lost more than 2lbs since last week. I'm really confused. Why have I only lost 2lbs in a week of hardcore diet and exercise. My mum said it might be because my system is shutting down because it's a shock from what I was previously, and it's trying to preserve the fat it has as a 'survival instant' sort of thing. I know that if you cut down you food too much then you stop losing weight, but it's not like I'm not eating anything! I'm eating a healthy cereal or cereal bar for breakfast (special K), I have a salad for lunch, and usually a weight watchers meal for dinner because my mum is on weight watchers and always uses their recipes. What do you think? I find it really hard to believe I've only lost 2lbs in a week when I've been so good! And that I've lost more than that in a week when I've not been as healthy and active. Any suggestions on how to increase my weight loss? I need to get to 204lbs by June 20th and at this rate I won't be below the 215lbs mark! Thanks for you help! Special K is a healthy cereal, (it's actually the cheap Tesco version Special Flakes). I have a small bowl in the morning with skimmed milk, and if not I have a special K bar which is a healthy cereal bar. And if I don't have either of them, it have a Naked bar which is vegan and is made of pressed dates, chopped nuts and some other smooshed fruit and nothing else. No flavouring, no sweeteners, nothing. Also, I would love to work out 6 or 7 times a week, but unfortunately I have to go to school and study for my A Levels which are coming up.

Need a recipe for a very low fat pizza base dough?
I'm currently following the Weight Watchers diet plan & have been buying the ready made Weight Watchers pizzas but I would love to have a go at making my own. Does anyone know any very low fat pizza dough recipe that I could follow for the base (& a breakdown of the ingrdients if possible)? I'm ok at choosing the healthy toppings. Thank you :-)

I have had a cheat day on my diet will I gain weight?
I've been on the weight watchers diet for several weeks, and have lost 20 pounds. Today I got on the scales and I'd gained 2 pounds which I'm hoping was because of my time of the month. But it made me depressed this morning and in the wrong frame of mind, so all I have done is eat, I had snack a jack for breakfast, a milky way, a sausage roll and a baguette for lunch. Do you think I will gain more weight for this crap day? I'm going to go to the gym for over an hour tonight. Help me guys, what do you think?

Can i lose 2 stone (28 pounds) In 2-4 months?
I'm 13 just got up the courage to weigh myself today and i'm 11 stone 4 pounds (158 pounds) I've been on the weight watchers diet for about 2 weeks now never eating over 18 points (1500 calories i think) i was wondering if it is possible to lose 2 stone in 4 months? (but 2-3 months would be better) i want to be 9 stone ^_^ Also i have been trying to eat lots of fruit but i'm only getting about 3-4 out of my five a day :P And also i'm only drinking water. Thank you x PS i'm 5'3 in height :)

Can i eat one oatmeal cookie on a diet?but i don't exercise?
i lose weight by eating good,I'm on weight watchers i really want one but i'm on a weight watcher diet and i don't exercise can i eat the cookie,i can eat it but can i gain lots of weight out of it??????
