About Weight Watchers
Can I lose 20 pounds in 2 months/70 days?My vacation is in 70 days which is about 2 months. My regimen so far is p90x and weight watchers. I started 2 days ago. I have followed my personal points system religiously so far for weight watchers. For p90x, I do the cardio workouts. Sometimes I do cardio x or kenpo and do Zumba in the same day. I've been thinking about doing p90x twice a day instead of Zumba and 1 p90x workout. Is it possible to lose 20 pounds? I am trying to lose 20 pounds and I am determined but I want to be healthy. Is this realistic if I continue to do what I've been doing?? I am 175 pounds and 5'10" and I am going to remain healthy. Im not venturing down a dark path I just wanted to know if my goal was attainable and it seems it is not! So thank you:) also: I have also done p90x before and I am capable of the workouts as I am an athletic girl.

Why would a weight loss company promote unhealthy eating?
I was a Weight Watchers veteran for years and cannot understand the new pro points system. I went to the meeting and was surprised people drink a lot, eat unhealthy fattening food a lot and just track it and still lose weight. I know it works for most people but I would rather eat healthy food all the time and do not like having junk food and drinking. I find I am losing weight by eating more protein and basic fresh food and I do not have to track. If I had known just changing your eating habits would be so successful I would have saved my money years ago. Am I the only one who shares these views?

I have PCOS ...How do I successfully lose weight with this?
I have PCOS (PolyCystic Ovarian Syndrome) ..I was diagnosed with it 4 or 5 years ago. I've been trying to lose weight since forever and haven't had any luck yet. Im 19 years old and weight a little over 200lbs ..My family has a history of Diabetes and I think heart disease(scary!!)..I've been more serious about losing weight because of that and plus I made my decision to go into the Air Force, but my weight is whats keeping me from joining. I dont have a job so I dont have the money to pay for things like Weight Watchers. Eating less isn't a problem for me I've got that part down packed. I go walking/jogging around the track and I'd lose only like 3 or 4lbs and i'd gain it right back. Im really getting discouraged and frustrated because I cant lose weight to save my life. I dont know any good diet plans to use. I was wondering AND HOPING that any of you would have a good diet plan that is easy to stick to in a way. Ive tried to like make up my own little diet plans but they never worked. So please help me!! im getting a little desperate here lol. ANY information is helpful ..thanks! :-)

Why do I feel such guilt about this?
I have been going to Weight Watchers on and off for the last decade. I lost weight and gained but could not see any results on the new pro points system. I went to the gym for a while but it was too expensive. I feel such guilt in not doing this and guilt I have found health and nutrition information I am following for free with great results. I am not paying money and doing better. I feel such guilt and I don't know why I feel guilt. I wish I learnt these habits years ago. I am walking and feel great without paying money and saving lots of money and eating good food. I am starting to think the gym and weight watchers are money makers. Am I doing anything wrong?
